Agreement to Terms

By scheduling service with Sub-Zero Repair Larchmont or using our website, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before engaging our services.

Services Provided

Sub-Zero Repair Larchmont provides professional appliance repair services for Sub-Zero, Wolf, and other luxury appliance brands in Larchmont, NY and surrounding areas. Our services include:

• Diagnostic assessment of appliance issues
• Repair and replacement of defective components
• Installation of replacement parts
• Maintenance and calibration services

Service Call Fee

A diagnostic service call fee of $95 is charged for each service visit. This fee covers the technician's travel, inspection, and diagnosis of your appliance. If you approve the recommended repair, the diagnostic fee is applied toward the total repair cost. If you decline the repair, only the diagnostic fee is due.

Estimates and Pricing

After diagnosing your appliance, our technician will provide a written estimate for the repair. All estimates include parts and labor. We will not proceed with any repair without your approval. Prices are subject to change if additional issues are discovered during repair; however, we will always obtain your approval before proceeding with additional work.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of service. We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and checks. For repairs requiring special-order parts, a deposit may be required.

Warranty Policy

Labor Warranty

All repairs include a 90-day labor warranty. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of the original repair, we will return and repair it at no additional labor charge.

Parts Warranty

Replacement parts are covered by a 1-year warranty against defects. If a part we installed fails within one year, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, power surges, or other external factors.

Warranty Exclusions

Our warranty does not cover:

• Problems unrelated to the original repair
• Damage from power surges, floods, or other external events
• Damage from misuse or negligence
• Cosmetic damage
• Repairs performed by others after our service

Scheduling and Cancellation

We offer same-day, next-day, and scheduled appointments based on availability. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 2 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may result in a service charge.

Service Area

We provide service throughout Westchester County, Nassau County, and Fairfield County. Service availability and fees may vary for locations outside our primary service area.

Customer Responsibilities

When scheduling service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and address information
• Ensure someone 18 years or older is present during the service call
• Provide clear access to the appliance requiring service
• Disclose any known issues with the appliance
• Secure pets during the service visit

Limitation of Liability

Sub-Zero Repair Larchmont's liability is limited to the cost of the repair performed. We are not responsible for:

• Food spoilage or other consequential damages
• Pre-existing damage or conditions not related to our repair
• Damage caused by manufacturing defects
• Issues arising from improper installation by others

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Sub-Zero Repair Larchmont and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern about our service, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue directly. We are committed to customer satisfaction and will work with you to address any problems.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
